Breakfast Menu All our food is prepared and cooked by Brian, using only fresh ingredients from regional suppliers. We use organic produce wherever possible, with free-range eggs, and meat from local, naturally fed and reared stock. Milk, yoghurt and butter are from West Country dairies such as Yeo Valley, or the Channel Islands. Tea and coffee are mainly Fair Trade, and sugar is non-refined.
