All our food is prepared and cooked by your host Brian, using only fresh ingredients from local suppliers. We use free-range produce where possible, with bacon and sausages from local, naturally fed and reared stock. Organic milk, yoghurt and butter are from local West Country dairies such as Yeo Valley and Riverford Farm, while tea and coffee are mainly Fair Trade.
Serve yourself from the breakfast buffet on the dresser:
