All our food is prepared and cooked by Brian, using only fresh ingredients from local suppliers. We use free-range produce wherever possible, with bacon and sausages from local, naturally fed and reared stock. Organic milk, yoghurt and butter are from local West Country dairies such as Yeo Valley and Riverford Farm, while tea and coffee are mainly Fair Trade.
